English Translation

It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) — via Yahya, from Ibn Jurayj, from Nafi' — that he said: 'the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "None of you should eat from his sacrificial animal [udhiyya] for more than three days."' And 'Abdullah would not eat from the meat of his sacrificial animal [hady] once the sun had set on the third day.
