English Translation
It was narrated from 'Abdullah (رضي الله عنه) — via 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Mahdi, from Shu'ba, from al-Suddi, from Murra — regarding His (عز وجل) words: 'And there is not one of you but will pass over it [the Fire]' [19:71] — that 'Abdullah said: 'They will enter it — or: pass through it — then depart from it by [virtue of] their deeds.' [The narrator says]: I said to him: Did Isra'il narrate it from the Prophet ﷺ? He said: Yes, it is from the Prophet ﷺ — or words to that effect.
