‏ ‏حَدَّثَنَا ‏ ‏رَوْحٌ ‏ ‏حَدَّثَنَا ‏ ‏حَمَّادٌ ‏ ‏عَنْ ‏ ‏فَرْقَدٍ السَّبَخِيِّ ‏ ‏عَنْ ‏ ‏سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ‏ ‏عَنِ ‏ ‏ابْنِ عُمَرَ ‏ ‏أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ‏ ‏صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ‏ ‏ادَّهَنَ بِزَيْتٍ غَيْرِ ‏ ‏مُقَتَّتٍ ‏ ‏وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ ‏

English Translation

It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) — via Rawh, from Hammad, from Farqad al-Sabakhi, from Sa'id ibn Jubayr — that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ anointed himself with unscented oil while in the state of ihram.
