‏ ‏حَدَّثَنَا ‏ ‏عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ‏ ‏أَخْبَرَنَا ‏ ‏مَعْمَرٌ ‏ ‏عَنِ ‏ ‏الزُّهْرِيِّ ‏ ‏عَنْ ‏ ‏سَالِمٍ ‏ ‏عَنِ ‏ ‏ابْنِ عُمَرَ ‏ ‏أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ‏ ‏صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ‏ ‏نَهَى أَنْ تُؤْكَلَ لُحُومُ الْأَضَاحِيِّ بَعْدَ ثَلَاثٍ ‏

English Translation

It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) — via 'Abd al-Razzaq, from Ma'mar, from al-Zuhri, from Salim — that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade eating the meat of sacrificial animals [al-adahiy] after three days.
