English Translation

Isma'il narrated to us, Ayyub informed us, from Nafi', from Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) who said: A man said: 'O Messenger of Allah, what creatures may we kill when we are in ihram?' He ﷺ said: 'Five — there is no sin on whoever kills them: the crow, the kite [bird of prey], the scorpion, the mouse, and the vicious dog.'
