حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيٌّ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُبَارَكٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو قِلَابَةَ حَدَّثَنِي سَالِمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ قَالَ قَالَ لَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللّ
َهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سَتَخْرُجُ نَارٌ قَبْلَ يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ مِنْ بَحْرِ حَضْرَمَوْتَ أَوْ مِنْ حَضْرَمَوْتَ تَحْشُرُ النَّاسَ قَالُوا فَبِمَ تَأْمُرُنَا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ عَلَيْكُمْ بِالشَّأْمِ

English Translation
'Abd al-Malik ibn 'Amr narrated to us, 'Ali, meaning Ibn Mubarak, narrated to us, from Yahya ibn Abi Kathir, Abu Qilabah narrated to me, Salim ibn 'Abdullah narrated to me, 'Abdullah ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) narrated to me who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: 'Do not prevent your women from going to the mosques when they ask your permission.' Bilal ibn 'Abdullah said: 'By Allah, we will prevent them.' 'Abdullah [Ibn 'Umar] turned to him and rebuked him harshly, in a way I had never heard him rebuke before, and said: 'I tell you from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and you say: We will prevent them?!'
