حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعٌ عَنِ ابْنِ عُم
Body (Matn)
َرَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ كُلُّ بَيِّعَيْنِ فَأَحَدُهُمَا عَلَى صَاحِبِهِ بِالْخِيَارِ حَتَّى يَتَفَرَّقَا أَوْ يَكُونَ خِيَارًا
Isnad Chain
English Translation
Yahya narrated to us, from 'Ubayd Allah, Nafi' informed me, from Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما), from the Prophet ﷺ who said: 'Every two parties to a sale — each of them has the option [to cancel] over the other until they separate, unless it is a sale with the option [to cancel at a later time].'
