English Translation

It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) — via Waki', from Sufyan, from 'Abdullah ibn Dinar — that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The keys of the unseen are five — none knows them except Allah.' Then he cited [the verse]: '"Indeed, Allah has knowledge of the Hour; He sends down the rain; He knows what is in the wombs; no soul knows what it will earn tomorrow; and no soul knows in which land it will die. Indeed, Allah is All-Knowing, All-Aware"' [31:34].
