حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ اللَّهُمَّ ارْحَمْ الْمُحَلِّقِينَ قَالُوا وَالْمُقَصِّرِينَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ اللَّهُمَّ ارْ
حَمْ الْمُحَلِّقِينَ قَالُوا وَالْمُقَصِّرِينَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ اللَّهُمَّ ارْحَمْ الْمُحَلِّقِينَ قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَالْمُقَصِّرِينَ قَالَ وَالْمُقَصِّرِينَ

English Translation
It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) — via Rawh, from Malik, from Nafi' — that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'O Allah, have mercy on those who shave [their heads after Hajj].' They said: 'And those who cut [their hair short], O Messenger of Allah?' He said: 'O Allah, have mercy on those who shave.' They said: 'And those who cut, O Messenger of Allah?' He said: 'O Allah, have mercy on those who shave.' They said: 'O Messenger of Allah, and those who cut?' He said: 'And those who cut.'
