حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ يَحْيَى وَعُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ وَمُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ إِذَا جَدَّ بِهِ السَّيْرُ جَمَعَ بَيْنَ الْمَغْرِبِ وَالْعِشَاءِ وَكَانَ فِي بَعْضِ حَدِيثِهِمَا إِلَى رُبُعِ اللَّيْلِ أَخَّرَهُمَا جَمِيعًا
English Translation
It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) — via 'Abd al-Razzaq, from Sufyan, from Yahya and 'Ubayd Allah ibn 'Umar and Musa ibn 'Uqba, from Nafi' — that the Prophet ﷺ, when travel pressed him, would combine Maghrib and 'Isha [and pray them together]. In some versions of their hadith: he delayed both until a quarter of the night passed.
