حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ السَّخْتِيَانِيِّ وَأَيُّوبَ بْنِ مُوسَى وَإِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَطَعَ فِي مِجَنٍّ ثَمَنُهُ ثَلَاثَةُ دَرَاهِمَ
English Translation
It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) — via 'Abd al-Razzaq, from Sufyan, from Ayyub al-Sakhtiyani and Ayyub ibn Musa and Isma'il ibn Umayya, from Nafi' — that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ cut off [a thief's hand] for [stealing] a shield [mijan] worth three dirhams.
