English Translation
It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) — via 'Abd al-Wahhab, from Ayyub, from Nafi' — that he said: 'A man called out to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said: "From where do you command us to enter ihram?" He said: "The people of Medina enter ihram from Dhu al-Hulayfa, the people of Syria from al-Juhfa, and the people of Najd from Qarn."' He said: 'And they report [that he also said]: and the people of Yemen from Yalamlam.'
