English Translation
Wahb ibn Jarir narrated to us, my father narrated to us, I heard Yunus from al-Zuhri, from Salim, that Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Do not enter the dwellings of those who were punished [such as Thamud] unless you are weeping. If you are not weeping, then do not enter upon them, lest what afflicted them afflicts you.'
