حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ

عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ اشْتَرَى نَخْلًا قَدْ أُبِّرَتْ فَثَمَرَتُهَا لِلَّذِي أَبَّرَهَا إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْرِطَ الَّذِي اشْتَرَاهَا

English Translation
Muhammad ibn 'Ubayd narrated to us, 'Ubaydullah narrated to us, from Nafi', from Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما), that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Whoever buys palm trees that have been pollinated, their fruit belongs to the seller unless the buyer stipulates otherwise.'
