‏ ‏حَدَّثَنَا ‏ ‏وَكِيعٌ ‏ ‏حَدَّثَنَا ‏ ‏الْعُمَرِيُّ ‏ ‏عَنْ ‏ ‏نَافِعٍ ‏ ‏عَنِ ‏ ‏ابْنِ عُمَرَ ‏ ‏أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ‏ ‏صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ‏ ‏كَانَ ‏ ‏يَرْفَعُ يَدَيْهِ ‏ ‏حَذْوَ ‏ ‏مَنْكِبَيْهِ ‏

English Translation

It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) — via Waki', from al-'Umari, from Nafi' — that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to raise his hands level with his shoulders [when beginning prayer and at other positions].
