English Translation

It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) — via Waki', from 'Abdullah ibn Nafi', from his father — that the Prophet ﷺ was brought fadikh [unripe date drink] at the Mosque of Fadikh and drank from it — and that is why it was named [the Mosque of Fadikh].
