حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعَيْبُ بْنُ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ عَبْد
ِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِذَا اجْتَمَعَ ثَلَاثَةٌ فَلَا يَتَنَاجَى اثْنَانِ دُونَ الثَّالِثِ وَلَا يُقِيمَنَّ أَحَدُكُمْ أَخَاهُ مِنْ مَجْلِسِهِ ثُمَّ يَجْلِسُ فِيهِ

English Translation
It was narrated from 'Abdullah ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) — via 'Ali ibn 'Ayyash, from Shu'ayb ibn Abi Hamza, from Nafi' — from the Prophet ﷺ: 'When three people are gathered, two of them must not converse privately excluding the third. And none of you should make his brother get up from his seat and then sit in it himself.'
