حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يُصَلِّي الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ قَبْلَ صَلَاةِ الْفَجْرِ كَأَنَّ الْأَذَانَ فِي أُذُنَيْهِ
English Translation
It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) — via Yunus, from Hammad ibn Salama, from Anas ibn Sirin — that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to pray the two rak'as before Fajr prayer as if the adhan were in his ears [i.e., very quickly].
