‏ ‏حَدَّثَنَا ‏ ‏يُونُسُ ‏ ‏حَدَّثَنَا ‏ ‏حَمَّادٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ سَلَمَةَ ‏ ‏عَنْ ‏ ‏فَرْقَدٍ السَّبَخِيِّ ‏ ‏عَنْ ‏ ‏سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ‏ ‏عَنِ ‏ ‏ابْنِ عُمَرَ ‏ ‏أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ‏ ‏صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ‏ ‏ادَّهَنَ ‏ ‏بِدُهْنٍ ‏ ‏غَيْرِ ‏ ‏مُقَتَّتٍ ‏ ‏وَهُوَ ‏ ‏مُحْرِمٌ ‏

English Translation

It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) — via Yunus, from Hammad ibn Salama, from Farqad al-Sabakhi, from Sa'id ibn Jubayr — that the Prophet ﷺ anointed himself with oil that was not perfumed [ghayr muqattat] while he was in the state of ihram.
