English Translation

It was narrated from 'Abdullah ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) — via Ya'qub, from the nephew of Ibn Shihab, from his uncle, from Salim ibn 'Abdullah — that 'Abdullah ibn 'Umar said: 'the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever misses the 'Asr prayer is as if he has been robbed of his family and his wealth."'
