حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ حَدَّثَنِي الزُّهْرِيُّ عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّهُ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَنْهَى النَّاسَ أَنْ يَأْكُلُوا لُحُومَ نُسُكِهِمْ فَوْقَ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ
English Translation
It was narrated from 'Abdullah ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) — via Ya'qub, from his father, from Ibn Ishaq, from al-Zuhri, from Salim ibn 'Abdullah, from his father — that he told him that he heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbid people from eating the meat of their sacrificial animals [nusuk] for more than three days.
