English Translation
It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) — via Nuh ibn Maymun, from 'Abdullah ibn 'Umar al-'Umari, from Nafi' — that Ibn 'Umar used to stone the Jamrat al-'Aqaba while mounted on the Day of Sacrifice [Nahr], but would approach the other jamarat only on foot, both going and returning. And he claimed that the Prophet ﷺ likewise approached them only on foot, going and returning.
