Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ صَدَقَةَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ يَقُولُ وَقَّتَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِأَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ ذَا الْحُلَيْفَةِ
وَلِأَهْلِ الشَّامِ الْجُحْفَةَ قَالَ وَلِأَهْلِ نَجْدٍ قَرْنًا وَلِأَهْلِ الْيَمَنِ يَلَمْلَمَ قِيلَ لَهُ فَالْعِرَاقُ قَالَ لَا عِرَاقَ يَوْمَئِذٍ

English Translation
It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) — via Jarir, from Sadaqa ibn Yasar — that he heard Ibn 'Umar say: 'the Messenger of Allah ﷺ designated Dhu al-Hulayfa as the miqat for the people of Medina, al-Juhfa for the people of Syria, Qarn for the people of Najd, and Yalamlam for the people of Yemen.' He was asked: 'And Iraq?' He said: 'There was no Iraq at that time [when the Prophet ﷺ designated the miqats].'
