حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَخ

ْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى حَدَّثَنَا نَافِعٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَضَى أَنَّ الْوَلَاءَ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ

English Translation
Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ibn Jurayj informed us, he said: Sulayman ibn Musa narrated to us, Nafi' narrated to us, from Abdullah ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما), that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ruled that the shuf'ah [pre-emption right] applies to whatever has not been divided. When boundaries are established and roads are defined, there is no shuf'ah.
