حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو

إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ نَافِعًا يَقُولُ قَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ يَقُولُ مَنْ أَتَى الْجُمُعَةَ فَلْيَغْتَسِلْ

English Translation
Abu Kamil narrated to us, Zuhayr narrated to us, Abu Ishaq narrated to us who said: 'I heard Nafi' say: Abdullah ibn 'Umar (رضي الله عنهما) said: I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ on the minbar saying about the dates of Madinah: "Whoever eats seven 'ajwah dates in the morning, no poison or magic will harm him that day."'
