Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ حَدَّثَنَا حُيَيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْحُبُلِيّ
ِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ يَطَّلِعُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ إِلَى خَلْقِهِ لَيْلَةَ النِّصْفِ مِنْ شَعْبَانَ فَيَغْفِرُ لِعِبَادِهِ إِلَّا لِاثْنَيْنِ مُشَاحِنٍ وَقَاتِلِ نَفْسٍ

English Translation
It was narrated from 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr (رضي الله عنهما) — via Hasan, from Ibn Lahi'a, from Huyayy ibn 'Abdullah, from Abu 'Abd al-Rahman al-Hubuli — from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ: 'Allah (عز وجل) looks upon His creation on the night of the middle of Sha'ban [Laylat al-nisf min Sha'ban] and forgives all His creation — except a polytheist and one who harbors enmity [mushahin — one who bears hostility and hatred toward Muslims].'
