Chain of Narration (Isnad)
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ عَنْ لَيْثٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ
Body (Matn)
جَدِّهِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ مَنَعَ فَضْلَ مَائِهِ أَوْ فَضْلَ كَلَئِهِ مَنْعَهُ اللَّهُ فَضْلَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ
Isnad Chain
English Translation
It was narrated from 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr (رضي الله عنهما) — via Isma'il, from Layth, from 'Amr ibn Shu'ayb, from his father, from his grandfather — from the Prophet ﷺ: 'Whoever withholds his surplus water or his surplus pasture [from others] — Allah will withhold His favor from him on the Day of Resurrection.'
