حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَجْلَانَ حَدَّثَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَب
ِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا تَنْتِفُوا الشَّيْبَ فَإِنَّهُ مَا مِنْ عَبْدٍ يَشِيبُ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ شَيْبَةً إِلَّا كَتَبَ اللَّهُ لَهُ بِهَا حَسَنَةً وَحَطَّ عَنْهُ بِهَا خَطِيئَةً

English Translation
It was narrated from 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr (رضي الله عنهما) — via Yahya ibn Sa'id, from Ibn 'Ajlan, from 'Amr ibn Shu'ayb, from his father, from his grandfather — from the Prophet ﷺ: 'Do not pluck out grey hair — for every servant who grows a grey hair in Islam, Allah records a good deed for him by it and erases a sin from him.'
