English Translation

It was narrated from 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr (رضي الله عنهما) — via Muhammad ibn Ja'far, from Husayn al-Mu'allim, from 'Amr ibn Shu'ayb, from his father, from his grandfather — that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, when he conquered Mecca, said in his sermon: 'For fingers, [the blood money is] ten [camels] each; and for al-mawadih [wounds that expose the bone], five [camels] each.'
