English Translation
It was narrated from 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr (رضي الله عنهما) — via Ishaq ibn Yusuf, from Sufyan, from al-Hasan ibn 'Amr, from Abu al-Zubayr [Muhammad ibn Muslim] — ['Abdullah ibn Ahmad noted: it was written in his father's book as 'from al-Hasan ibn Muslim,' but he crossed out 'al-Hasan' and said 'from ibn Muslim,' for it is Muhammad ibn Muslim Abu al-Zubayr — al-Azraq erred in the transmission] — that the Prophet ﷺ said: 'When you see my ummah afraid to say to an oppressor among them: "You are an oppressor" — then bid them farewell [for they have been forsaken and abandoned by divine support].'
