حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنِي قُرَّةُ وَرَوْحٌ حَدَّثَنَا أَشْعَثُ وَقُرَّةُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الْمَعْنَى عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَ
لَّمَ مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ فَإِنْ عَادَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ فَإِنْ عَادَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ فَإِنْ عَادَ فَاقْتُلُوهُ قَالَ وَكِيعٌ فِي حَدِيثِهِ قَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ ائْتُونِي بِرَجُلٍ قَدْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فِي الرَّابِعَةِ فَلَكُمْ عَلَيَّ أَنْ أَقْتُلَهُ

English Translation
It was narrated from 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr ibn al-'As (رضي الله عنهما) — via Waki', from Qurra and Rawh, from Ash'ath and Qurra ibn Khalid (same meaning), from al-Hasan — that the Prophet ﷺ said: 'Whoever drinks wine — flog him. If he repeats — flog him. If he repeats — flog him. If he repeats — kill him.' Waki' adds in his narration that 'Abdullah [ibn 'Amr] said: 'Bring me a man who has drunk wine for the fourth time — and it is upon me to kill him.'
