حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ خَالِهِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْ

نِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ طَلْحَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ أُرِيدَ مَالُهُ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ فَقُتِلَ دُونَهُ فَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ

English Translation
It was narrated from 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr (رضي الله عنهما) — via Waki', from Sufyan, from 'Abdullah ibn al-Hasan, from his maternal uncle Ibrahim ibn Muhammad ibn Talha — that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Whoever has his wealth sought unlawfully and is killed defending it — he is a martyr.'
