English Translation
Nasr ibn Bab narrated to us, from al-Hajjaj, from 'Amr ibn Shu'ayb, from his father, from his grandfather who said: Two women from the people of Yemen came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and they were wearing gold bangles on their arms. He said: 'Do you pay the zakah on these?' They said: 'No.' He said: 'Would you like Allah to put bangles of fire on you on the Day of Resurrection?' So they took them off and threw them to the Prophet ﷺ and said: 'They are for Allah and His Messenger.'
