English Translation

It was narrated from 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr (رضي الله عنهما) — via Abu Nu'aym, from Zakariyya, from al-Sha'bi — who said: 'I heard 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr say: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The Muslim is one from whose tongue and hand the Muslims are safe, and the muhajir is one who abandons what Allah has forbidden."'
