English Translation
It was narrated from 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr (رضي الله عنهما) — via Muhammad ibn 'Ubayd, from Zakariyya, from 'Amir — who heard 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr say: I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: 'The Muslim is one from whose tongue and hand people are safe. And the muhajir [true emigrant] is one who abandons what Allah has forbidden.'
