English Translation

It was narrated from Abu Hurayra (رضي الله عنه) — via Sufyan, from al-Zuhri, from Sa'id and Abu Salama — that the Prophet ﷺ said: 'An animal [al-'ajma'] — what it wounds is jubar [no blood-money liability]. A mine is jubar. A well is jubar. And from buried pre-Islamic treasure [al-rikaz], one-fifth is due.'
