حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَ
نَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَقَالَ سُفْيَانُ مَرَّةً رِوَايَةً خَمْسٌ مِنْ الْفِطْرَةِ الْخِتَانُ وَالِاسْتِحْدَادُ وَقَصُّ الشَّارِبِ وَتَقْلِيمُ الْأَظْفَارِ وَنَتْفُ الْإِبْطِ

English Translation
It was narrated from Abu Hurayra (رضي الله عنه) — via Sufyan, from al-Zuhri, from Sa'id — from the Prophet ﷺ — and Sufyan said on one occasion: '[this is] a narration [traced to the Prophet ﷺ]': 'Five things are of the fitra [innate natural disposition]: circumcision [al-khitan], shaving the pubic hair [al-istihdad], trimming the mustache, clipping the nails, and plucking the armpit hair.'
