حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ يَبْلُغُ بِهِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يَمُوتُ لِمُسْلِمٍ ثَلَاثَةٌ مِنْ الْوَلَدِ فَيَلِجَ النَّارَ إِلَّا تَحِلَّةَ الْقَسَمِ
English Translation
It was narrated from Abu Hurayra (رضي الله عنه) — via Sufyan, from al-Zuhri, from Sa'id — traced to the Prophet ﷺ: 'If a Muslim loses three of his children [before they reach puberty], he will not enter the Fire — except [briefly, as] the fulfillment of the oath [tahillat al-qasam — referring to Quran 19:71: {And there is none of you but will pass over it}].'
