ْأَقْرَعُ يُقَبِّلُ حَسَنًا فَقَالَ لِي عَشَرَةٌ مِنْ الْوَلَدِ مَا قَبَّلْتُ أَحَدًا مِنْهُمْ قَطُّ قَالَ إِنَّهُ مَنْ لَا يَرْحَمُ لَا يُرْحَمُ

English Translation
It was narrated from Abu Hurayra (رضي الله عنه) — via Sufyan, from al-Zuhri, from Abu Salama — that al-Aqra' [ibn Habis] saw the Prophet ﷺ kissing Hasan [ibn 'Ali (رضي الله عنه)]. He said: 'I have ten children and I have never kissed any of them.' He [the Prophet ﷺ] said: 'Indeed whoever shows no mercy will not be shown mercy.'
