حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي سَلْمُ بْنُ عَبْد

ِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِي زُرْعَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَكْرَهُ الشِّكَالَ مِنْ الْخَيْلِ
Isnad Chain
English Translation
It was narrated from Abu Hurayra (رضي الله عنه) — via Yahya ibn Sa'id, from Sufyan, from Salm ibn 'Abd al-Rahman, from Abu Zur'a — that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to dislike al-shikal [the characteristic of having one white foot on one side and the opposite back foot white — asymmetric white markings] in horses.
