English Translation
It was narrated from Abu Hurayra (رضي الله عنه) — via Yahya ibn Sa'id, from 'Ubaydillah, from Abu al-Zinad, from al-A'raj — that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade bay' al-hasa [the pebble sale — where the throw of a pebble determines the transaction] and bay' al-gharar [uncertainty/deceptive transactions].
