English Translation

It was narrated from Abu Hurayra (رضي الله عنه) — via Yazid [ibn Harun], from Hisham, from Yahya, from Damdam — that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ commanded the killing of the two black ones [al-aswadayn] during prayer. Yahya said: 'The two black ones are the snake and the scorpion.'
