Chain of Narration (Isnad)
حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ عَنْ مُوسَى بْن
Body (Matn)
ِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَالَّذِي نَفْسُ مُحَمَّدٍ بِيَدِهِ لَخُلُوفُ فَمِ الصَّائِمِ أَطْيَبُ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ مِنْ رِيحِ الْمِسْكِ
Isnad Chain
English Translation
It was narrated from Abu Hurayra (رضي الله عنه) — via Yazid [ibn Harun], from Muhammad [ibn Ishaq], from Musa ibn Yasar — that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'By the One in Whose hand is the soul of Muhammad — the breath [khuluf] of the fasting person is more pleasing to Allah than the scent of musk.'
