English Translation
Abd al-A'la narrated to us, from Ma'mar, from al-Zuhri, from Abu Salamah, from Abu Hurayrah (رضي الله عنه) who said: The iqamah for prayer was called, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ came and stood in his place. He then remembered that he was in a state of major impurity (junub) and said to us: 'Stay in your places.' Then he went back, performed ghusl, came out with water dripping from his head, and led us in prayer.
