حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ عَنْ سُهَيْلٍ

عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَا يَجْزِي وَلَدٌ وَالِدَهُ إِلَّا أَنْ يَجِدَهُ مَمْلُوكًا فَيَشْتَرِيَهُ فَيُعْتِقَهُ

English Translation
It was narrated from Abu Hurayra (رضي الله عنه) — via Abu Kamil, from Zuhayr, from Suhayl, from his father — that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'A child cannot fully repay his parent — unless he finds him enslaved, buys him, and sets him free.'
