َطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ سُئِلَ عَنْ عِلْمٍ فَكَتَمَهُ أُلْجِمَ بِلِجَامٍ مِنْ نَارٍ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ

English Translation

It was narrated from Abu Hurayra (رضي الله عنه) — via Abu Kamil, from Hammad, from 'Ali ibn al-Hakam, from 'Ata' ibn Abi Rabah — that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Whoever is asked about knowledge and conceals it will be bridled with a bridle of fire on the Day of Resurrection.'
