Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَا مِنْ مَوْلُودٍ
يُولَدُ إِلَّا نَخَسَهُ الشَّيْطَانُ فَيَسْتَهِلُّ صَارِخًا مِنْ نَخْسَةِ الشَّيْطَانِ إِلَّا ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ وَأُمَّهُ ثُمَّ قَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ اقْرَءُوا إِنْ شِئْتُمْ { إِنِّي أُعِيذُهَا بِكَ وَذُرِّيَّتَهَا مِنْ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ }

English Translation
It was narrated from Abu Hurayra (رضي الله عنه) — via 'Abd al-A'la, from Ma'mar, from al-Zuhri, from Sa'id — that the Prophet ﷺ said: 'There is no child born except that Satan pokes it [nakhasahu]. So it cries out from the poke of Satan — except Ibn Maryam [Jesus (عليه السلام)] and his mother.' Then Abu Hurayra said: 'Read if you wish: {I seek Your protection for her and her offspring from the accursed Satan} [3:36].'
