Hadith #476

English Translation
It was narrated from Abu Hurayra (رضي الله عنه) — via 'Abd al-Razzaq, from Ma'mar, from Ayyub, from al-Qasim ibn Muhammad — that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'When a servant gives charity from lawful [wholesome] wealth, Allah accepts it from him and takes it in His right hand and nurtures it just as one of you nurtures his foal or his young camel. A man gives charity of a single morsel [luqma], and it grows in the hand of Allah — or he said: in the palm of Allah — until it becomes like a mountain. So give charity!'
