English Translation
It was narrated from Abu Hurayra (رضي الله عنه) — via 'Abd al-Razzaq, from Ma'mar, from al-Zuhri, from Ibn al-Musayyab — that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'Allah (عز وجل) says: "The son of Adam offends Me. He says: 'O what disappointment of time [ya khayba al-dahr]!' — but I am al-Dahr. I turn its night and its day. If I wished, I could seize them both [abolish them]."'
