English Translation

It was narrated from Abu Hurayra (رضي الله عنه) — via 'Abd al-Razzaq, from Ma'mar, from Suhayl, from his father — that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'When you hear a man saying "The people are ruined" — he is the most ruined of them. [For] Allah says: Indeed he himself is the ruined one.'
